Our personal self defense courses are based on real-life scenarios and are designed specifically for women and girls to prepare them for a variety of situations, from physical assaults and car-jackings, to home invasions and safety while traveling. We focus on practical techniques that are easy to learn and remember and can be adapted to different situations, regardless of age, experience, stature or fitness level.

Learn how to evaluate your surroundings, determine potential threats and basic self-defense techniques all during your lunch break. This one hour intro to self-defense is designed to prepare you for real-life situations and give you the confidence to stay safe.
This 4-class series teaches participants how to develop critical situational awareness and create a mindset that identifies potential threats, sets personal boundaries and takes action.
Learn basic strikes, blocks, kicks, and how to use the body’s vital points to escape an attack.
Determine viable escape plans and make use of personal safety tools (stun-guns, pepper spray, batons, tactical pens)
Each one hour class focuses on safety and self-protection skills used in real-life scenarios. Classes can be customized in content and length to focus on specific safety concerns.
Almost 25% of females between the ages of 13-19 will have experienced some form of violence by the time they are 20 years old and nearly 80% of female college students reported experiencing at least one incident of physical or sexual violence by the time they graduate college.
This one hour course is designed for girls 12-21 and focuses on practical techniques to quickly escape dangerous situations, emphasizing awareness, verbal de-escalation, and key striking points on the body to deter attackers - prioritizing techniques that utilize leverage and body positioning rather than raw strength.
